So i switched from tampons to soft cups in April. And I’m LOVING them. My period is now only 4days and less cramping. But

How long is the learning curve? Cause on my first 2 days I’m leaking a bit. And i feel like it’s either that my flow is too heavy so i need to dump every 3-4hrs (which i won’t mind) or I’m not putting it in right. But after my second day, there’s no leaking and my cycle gets lighter.

Any tips from softcup users? This cycle i did use pantyliners just to be safe. But I’d like to figure it out. I hate pads and i don’t wanna switch back to tampons.

Also, any ladies using the ziggy cup? Which is the reusable softcup designed by intamina?
