Help?

I’m 13dpo today with a negative test. (Swear I’ve had positives the last few days though, I’ll include them below). My symptoms are;

Abdominal cramps

Butterfly feelings

Low grade fever

Nausea

Sore throat/cough

High cervix

No appetite

Fatigue

And all around different feeling

Do i still have a chance of being pregnant?

LET ME ADD;

The pictures I have posted are of the very very faint POSITIVE tests that I got a few days ago. The last TWO days I’ve taken tests, they have been NEGATIVE.
