U/S Tomorrow

I can't wait for my US tomorrow I will be 6wks 4days so I should hear a heartbeat 💗 :). What's more exciting is that I feel like I'm measuring really large. The top of my uterus is about a hands width below my belly button. Curious if I'm father along, baby #4 just wants to be seen, or if there are twins. This is my last pregnancy so we're enjoying every moment. 💝
