Saving money and reusing stuff from the first baby!?!?!

Any one using their 1st baby's travel system? I'm using my first baby car seat and stroller because it's in perfect condition. A lot of people are saying I need to get a new one! New baby new everything but I don't think that's true. I will post a picture at a later time because I'm being lazy and I'm one tired mama 😘

I am using same travel system as well! My kids are only going to be 19 months apart and my sons stuff is perfectly fine! We purposely bought gender neutral so we could reuse it and we are having a girl this time! We will just throw some girly toys on the car seat and we are good to go!

Personally it depends on if the car seat is expired or not. If it's expired get a new one. They have expiration dates for a reason.

I've never heard of new baby, new stuff! That makes no sense! You are having another child, you want to save money in any & all ways possible! Don't listen to those people as they are obviously not the smartest or brightest individuals! 
I have to get a new car seat for this baby because it's been 8 years since my 1st son was born & car seats expire after either 5 or 7 years (can't remeber which it was)!

Its been 6 years since I had my first so we sold everything years ago. I've purchased some larger things on Craigslist to save money. I got my changing table, crib and rock n play for $35. Skip Hop Diaper bag on eBay for $20. Breast pump was free through our insurance. We'll see what we get at the shower and then purchase from there.

I'd be reusing as much as possible! Check car seat expiration date but other than that, reuse it all!

These do have expiration dates so please be aware of these before reusing. That being said they are usually a few years but just be careful ☺️ I am having my first baby and getting things new but I have been buying some other things secondhand from friends & family. I just got a jumper that's originally $50 for $10! And I have so many clothes already! 😍😍😍

I reused about 20% of my first baby for my 2nd,  50% of my 2nd baby for my 3rd baby. For this baby it's a boy 95%new items because I was done at 3 kids and had given or sold most things. Husband convinced me for 1 more. So here we are! I have about 3 outfits that all my babies wore. They are neutral so my 2 boys and girl used it. And the blanket I used to take all them home from the hospital. I'm hoping to frame them once we are for sure done having little ones.
