Looks like an ingrown hair, hot compress and try to keep it from rubbing too much to further irritate it.

Ingrown hair. I had one really bad on same area had to go to er to have them cut it for me but after felt 1000% better if you have insurance just go get it taken care of now instead of waiting till it gets worse.

I think its looks like an ingrown hair.   To fix that put a really warm cloth over it for about 15 to 20 minsz the get some tweezers and try to pull on it and look for the little piece of hair sticking up and pull the hair out. It will start to feel better after like 15 mins. I get ingrown hairs a lot because I shave every two days.  They appear on the top part of my vag. You will be fine. It will hurt more if you keep there then it will to take it out. Just be gentle. After you get the hair out put the warm cloth back on it. Sometimes if you don't take the ingrown hair out yourself it can get infected and get bigger. It's basically a piefe if hair the grew back into your skin instead of coming straight up and out. Ingrown hair. just pop it out and shave it and then put a dab of neosporin and a bandaid on it if you want to try to prevent a scar
