Bedtime confused with nap time
My daughter is now 7 months. She has had the same bedtime and routine since she was 2 months old. For the past few days, she goes down for bedtime, but wakes up 45 minutes later! Then she doesn’t fall back to sleep until 10! I don’t know what to do! I’m missing my quiet time before bed! And unfortunately, she’s not sleeping in later either!
