so I just experienced a kind of painful low abdomen cramp that lasted for about 5 Seconds I went to go pee and when I wiped this was there. Does this look like it's the start to turning red or has anyone else experienced something like this?

I wouldn’t be concerned unless cramping became frequent and accompanied by red blood.

I get this all the time. As long as the pains aren’t hurting to the point you can’t move and the bleeding is bright red try not to worry (I know it hard) X
