Real Wedding?

so my SO and I have been together since 2011 (since I was 16!!! I am 23 now) we got legally married Nov 7th 2014, well.... we had a "shotgun wedding" no family pretty much... well we discussed about having a real wedding with family and friends actually wedding party etc. is this a good idea or just dumb?? we are 23 &25 we 3 children...

Not dumb! I never had a wedding but want one at some point. We will be married 10 years in a couple of years so I was thinking a vow renewal but I’m debating if I want to spend money on it or not. That’s my hang up lol.

Do it!!! There’s nothing wrong with wanting to have an actual wedding plus it’s a perfect time to renew your vows!!

Honestly I would think it was weird & kind of dumb if I were invited to a wedding for people who had been married for years already. How about a vow renewal? That can basically be a wedding but it makes sense.
