rolling over using legs

I am just curious if any other baby does this .

So my baby started rolling over tummy to back when he was about 3 months old. But not the way I see in videos.

he didn't use his head turning motion to roll from tummy to back. Instead he uses his legs , lifts his butt ( a bit like in downward dog), and then will use his left toes/foot to push and land on his back.

he is a thumb sucker and hates tummy time. so as soon as I put him on his tummy , he starts being whiny and puts his thumb in his mouth. so his head pretty much stays on right side with right thumb in his mouth when he is doing this roll over.

I was a bit worried if he will learn the right way to roll over as he grows up
