Nausea? 🤢

I’m four weeks today and the thought of food just makes me sick if I eat something I feel like either want to throw up or poop my pants LOL. Any remedies that might help this ladies ??

Hewing mint gum and drinking like a sour juice orange juice is best. Just sipping it. I noticed I always had to be chewing or sipping something. Then I would eat toast in the morning. I’m ten weeks and two days and still extremely nauseous. It’s starting to subside a little but still awful. I can’t wait to be in second tri! With my first daughter I did the preggie pops. But I can’t this time they gross me out now. But they do help.

Me too girl me too. I find that eating something right when I wake up helps, as well as drinking ice water and chewing ice. Preggie pops also help, especially the lemon!!! I love them lol.

Vitamin B6 and half a unisom in the morning and one at night. Doctor said it was safe and it worked wonders. You’d probably want to ask your doctor first

I never took it but ask your doctor about the medicine they got I didn’t take it because I don’t like and can’t swallow big pills but sprite crackers n oj worked for me oh and ginger ale if u like it also tea help me mint tea or reg green tea

50 mg of B6 and a tablet of Unisom. Take at night— the unisom will knock you out.
