Can you be pregnant with no symptoms?

I have PCOS and I tend to miss my period a lot so I didn't bother when I missed it this  time. However I'm noticing that I'm getting really sickened by smells and I want to puke all the time. However I am not getting any tender breasts or any other symptoms that are usually associated with pregnacy. Could I be pregnant?

I had a "text book" pregnancy with my first and had every symptom under the sun.

With my daughter I had hardly any until about 9 weeks other than cramps.

Now I believe I'm pregnant again and I have a few symptoms, cramping , constipation, and exhaustion being the main ones and I'm 3 days late!

Answer

I never had any classic symptoms with any of the pregnancies. Just no period.
