Keto diet??? PCOS

Question

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and have a huge desire to lose that extra weight I’m carrying (25-30 lbs) has anyone on here tried Keto?? Is there a Keto app so I can log my foods?? The Ketoacademy.com website has a $54 deal today for the whole Keto package and thinking I should jump on it. I really need a diet that is lauded out point blank for me.

Do not pay any money! You do not need to pay anything to be keto. Just do a little research, it’s a pretty simple concept to follow!

Don't pay money to do keto! You can Google or Pinterest exactly what you can and can't eat. It's really easy. And I use the Lose It app to track my foods.. it's free and it breaks down your day into percentages of fat, carbs and protein, which is what you need to track for keto. I only started last week and have lost 5lbs.
