Is this what I hope it is?

Hey all-
11 DPO. Short waves of nausea since Friday. Some pain which feels like pinching in my pelvic area. Fatigue, hot flashes, elevated bbt for a few days, some mild cramping today. Had a BFN yesterday morning. No breast tenderness or IB. I know you guys don't have a definitive answer of course, but any advice, similar experiences and/or hope is welcomed! Our 1 year anniversary is on Sunday and I'm praying for the gift of a lifetime.

If I were you I would assume any symptoms that started be for 7 dpo to be due to how much you want a baby or increased progesterone which happens after ovulation whether or not it's your month.  If it is your month(and I really hope it is!) these symptoms are still very very unlikely to be caused by baby so early.
