Birth control methods?!

After trying every BC method under the sun (pills, patch, shots, IUD, arm implant) I decided not to use any because they were messing with my body so badly.
Since, I’ve been having unprotected sex using just the fertility awareness method & pull out for the most part. (I’m in a long term 7 yr relationship and really prefer not to use condoms) I know these are super unreliable BC methods so I’m hoping to get some other ideas/experiences/input!!

U could also look into a diaphragm/cervical cap, cervical sponges, and spermicides. Although, each of those are more effective when combined with another method. For example, a cervical cap + spermicide.

Fertility awareness works fine if you track your temperature and cervical mucus everyday. It's harder than it sounds though . You have to take the temp after at least 3 hours of sleep, right after waking up.
