Old wives tale??

Is it an old wives tale for women to have leg cramps before going into labor or am I making this one up??

Never heard of that and I’ve had leg cramps throughout my whole pregnancy.

Deffo old wives tale! I always get bloody leg cramps and have done since 28 weeks 😥

The cramping is probably just a common symptom of later in pregnancy unfortunately. Make sure you stretch your legs before bed and stay plenty hydrated
