I had sex literally at midnight.. Should i log sex as today or yesterday?

I know technically its today.. But do our bodies really know the difference from 12:59 to 12:00??

Sometimes we get busy with things or it takes a bit to actually get aroused enough to get it in and by that time it has ticked past midnight. I log it as the previous day as long as it happens before 2 am cause we have been out of town at family's during a sex day and not gotten home and all the evening chores and what not and into bed before 1 something.

Almost once a week we have sex at night around midnight. I always count it as the next day. So If it was Thursday at midnight I will log it under Thursday

I had sex around midnight on Wednesday (Thursday once midnight had passed) and when we'd finished it was 10past midnight so I logged it as Thursday
