Hair loss and shedding

My hair has been shedding a lot lately and I don’t know if I’m going crazy or if I have Telogen Effluvium. I went to the doctor about 2 months ago got blood tested and all my levels were fine, I then went to another doctor a month later and he said my hair is fine but he didn’t do any testing he just put me on anti anxiety medication which in all fairness I do need it. I wouldn’t say daily I lose more then 100 hairs but if I comb it I get about 20-30 hairs fall out and then I can continue to pull hair out and if I wash it right after it air dries I can pull so much loose hair out and if it’s in a ponytail I can run my hand through and just have loose hairs pull out so easy? and I don’t know if this is normal or if I’m just seriously overthinking ): I’ve got a photo of my hairline as well I’m 18 so the thought of losing all my hair is so scary
