So, my period is due today, but no sign of it. I just got home from working night shift, and decided to take an HPT before I went to bed. Well, at first (read that seconds after I laid it horizontally on the side of the tub) I saw a faint line in the pregnant area. But then, its like it washed across the window to the control line. I watched off and on and waited the whole 3 minutes, but there wasn't even the faintest of lines. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is it a confirmed negative? Or could it mean I should retest in a few days if my period still hasn't shown up?
