Ahem...if I may gloat a moment, my abs. I'm pretty psyched about myself and need to do a happy dance! My goal is a four/six pack but I'll take definition any day. :)
My fitness/skinny philosophy is that diets are stupid. I eat and drink what I want, just not AS MUCH as I want. ;) (And yes, I do work out too, but I have friends who work out WAY more than me who weigh a lot more, so I don't know about that argument.)
