Temporary break up.

I just got broken up with and moved out today. He wants space to fix some things but I’m a mess now. We live an hour away, so I moved in suuuper fast because it was easier then the drive. We both just got out of long relationships but we have such a deep connection. He has emotional baggae he wants to sort through and he doesn't want to hurt me so he thinks he can do it alone. He's going back to therapy soon so I hope he realizes he doesn't need to go through this alone. I'm currently back at my parents house but my heart is back at his/our home. His son ( almost 5 years old) loves me, and we connected instantly too. I just miss home and I miss him and he said he knows he shouldn't be pushing me away. but he is so used to doing it. I know he still loves me. He said hopefully I can come home soon. I need encouragement because I know we love each other.
