My symptoms have suddenly just gone :( ??

Please help. I’m trying not to freak out. I’m 5 weeks 6 days. 
Last night I had tummy ache. No bleeding or spotting at all. 
It wasn’t painful.  But i also couldn’t work out whether it was cramp, wind, nerves or nausea. 
I had a missed miscarriage in March. Iv woken up this morning with no sickness and no sore boobs. Can they be on and off?

They come and go. try not to stress too much. calm mommy, calm baby.

Try not to worry hun. Usually those symptoms get worse as your hcg levels go up. So maybe every 48-72 hours they'll be at their worst.

I got this all the time.🤷‍♀️ this morning I was not feeling pregnant at all and then five minutes ago I got nausea And I had to take deep breath to make it go away so I think this is no way to find out if something is wrong. Also it is very early if you are less than 6 weeks so I would try not to worry.

Im the same, im 7+5 and woken up with no sickness, no cramps, my boobs are a tiny bit sore but they have been so sore the past weeks 🙄
