used conditioner and it burns

i was using conditioner to shave down there and i usually use this natural body wash and i was sitting down so i think it kinda got like all up in there and now it burns really bad. i tried to have sex with my boyfriend a day or two later and it hurt so bad i almost started crying it’s not like 4 days later and it still hurts just as bad. any idea what to do or what i did?
