Burn out: please help
Ok. I'm a student going through a major dip in motivation. I feel like I'm good but I'm just not good enough, I've tried for the past 3 years and I can't. I just feel so tired and unmotivated and I know I need to keep it up but I'm finding it hard to concentrate. I'm taking psych classes and I've been given verified advice on well being, meditation ect but honestly it's not what I need.
I need advice from people who have been through this and made it. How did u guy get through this phase? How do u even prevent it?
