Desperately need keto advice❗️😭
Guys I don't know how you do it. Today is only my first day on keto and I tried to to make a SUPER high fat breakfast. Then after putting it into my fitness pal, I realized that all of that fatty food still didn't really make a dent in my goal. 3 eggs and half an avocado. If anything, I feared how much my CARBS went up! Yes I know there are keto recipes everywhere. But I specifically wanted to know...what are some tips and tricks to getting SO much fat and protein in? I posted a pic of my lunch for corrections on that too. Cabbage with sausage and apples and berries.
