I know I know but I was hungry.

I know cold meats are bad during pregnancy but I was so hungry at work a coworker and I got a club.... mine had cold ham on it. How bad is it for the baby if it’s only one sandwich and I hardly ever eat ham. (I’m 7 weeks exactly today)
