HELP!!!!!!!!
I want to lose weight and start exercising but I am having a very hard time cutting out the junk food so I want to start off slowly I was wondering what are some easy changes that I can make to my diet that will help me Pro long to continue to change and get all the bad stuff out of my daily eating I would like to lose 70 pounds I'm 9 weeks postpartum and have gained a lot of baby weight I was on the thick side before I had my daughter but now I'm just fat😭 most of my problem areas are my arms my tummy and my thighs
