diet for a breast feeding mother (pumping and direct nursing)
what is your diet like if you are breast feeding your little one (either through direct nursing or pumping)? i keep hearing from my family not to eat this and that without any explanation so thought to ask you all mommas. what do you eat mostly in breakfast lunch and dinner?
