advice? thoughts?

Alright i NEVER get a period. i have had one period this year in january and that’s it! I have been to multiple doctors and they all tell me to get on birth control but i haven’t.

But my boobs have been hurting like hell for the past two weeks and i have had some cramping and I’ve been an emotional wreck lately.

I took a test a week ago and it was negative. should i test again? could i be pregnant?
