12 DPO

Okay ladies so I am 12 DPO today, I have actually had some cramps and some discomfort on my right side, kind of where I would think my uterus is. I went to the bathroom today at about 2pm ish and when I wiped there was light pink blood, I thought I started my period but I didn't have a tampon on me, so I went back to work. After work (now) I am still cramping a little heavier but no more bleeding or anything? I put in a tampon just in case but I have never seen light pink blood before and then nothing?? Is this too late for it to be implantation?
