Cramp like symptoms at 33 weeks!!

Is cramp like symptoms normal like slight lower back pain and just like pain in lower abdomen and on right side? I had light streak of bright blood on toilet paper this morning called doctor she said it’s okay if it gets worse to go to L&D; I haven’t had any since but now this period like cramps are very uncomfortable
