Okay to text?

My husband was showing me something on his phone when a message notification popped up from another woman he works with. He mentioned she was just asking what he had for lunch. But now I have negative feelings. Am I paranoid? Do you think it's okay for your spouse, man or woman, to be texting the opposite sex.?
