Hungry&Nausea??

Question

Waking up with a little nausea day goes by I feel hungry, I go to the fridge and kitchen cabinets but nothing seems appetizing.. Any one else? Or just me?

That is literally the story of my life right now. 10w5d and all I can keep down is yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Nothing sounds good and I have to force myself to get down a few bites of dinner each night. The worst part is that I'm hungry and want to eat, but then when I actually go to eat I want to hurl! Hang in there!! There's an end in sight with the 2nd tri!!!

Got that way tonight I was like ooh I want mac and cheese so I took the time and made some (which takes forever on my stove) and then started eating it and it didn't taste good! Thinking some toast might be good right now trying to avoid eating another snickers tonight

Seriously starving, but everything is so unappetizing. I managed to get a smoothie down this morning but I've been nauseauted for days. I'm only 4w1d and I definitely thought I had the flu or something until I took 4 tests yesterday/this morning.

Try having ginger tea in the morning and squeeze some lemon in it. I love a lot of lemon but ginger helps with the nausea and lemon settles the tummy and speeds metabolism to get the toxins out of our bodies. And it tastes pretty damn good, its a good replacement for coffee in the morning! Walmart has boxes of ginger tea for like $3

I do too, lol it's not fun at all .. Ive been told to carry snacks with high protein or try crackers and with the nausea too i cant ever seem satisfied because it makes me sick anyway
