I am 4 weeks and 2 days, I had crazy mood swings over the weekend, some major bloating and a little nauseous. The past two days all I have really had is extreme fatigue. Now tonight I felt like I had started my period and ran to the bathroom, and had a spot in my panties about the size of a quarter. Since then I have had some blood each time I use the restroom the picture is from the last time. I’m really worried because with my DD I never had any bleeding at all, please tell me what you think. I already plan on calling the ob as soon as they open in the morning I’m just praying they can fit me in and that everything is ok.

Update 6-2:

I went to the ER this morning and they said that I have a bladder infection and that they are pretty sure I have miscarried. My hcg is only at a 10 and should be a lot higher than that at how far I am, and they did both types of ultrasounds and cannot find anything. I have to go back to the er on Saturday to have my blood checked again because they said they couldn’t completely rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
