Swollen feet?

hello ladies question why at 91/2 weeks are my feet swelling so badly. ugh its so painful to even walk. i only had swollen feet at the end of my pregnancies. I am 39

I didn’t have that until much later in my pregnancy, and even then it was only quite minor. I would ask your doctor about it.

My feet started swelling around 10 weeks. As long as I drink a whole lot of water & keep them elevated at night I can get a good 3 or 4 days before they might swell again. I did notice that cutting salt out of my diet helped tremendously. & I can totally relate with the pain. If my feet are going to swell I know about it a day before cause the heals of my feet hurt so unbelievably bad. Then when they do swell my ankles feels as if I have bruises all over them.
