so I have had a problem with cutting off and on for four years and my mom wanted to read some messages cause she's always paranoid, I forgot I had talked to the guy about my cutting, and she was reading mine and his messages and started to freak out. I figured she found out. I've been a month clean and I honestly feel so much better. But i just don't know what to do. she wants me to see a therapist and my dad doesn't even know yet, everything happened last night. I just need advice cause she thinks in fragile and I'm not. And I just can't even look her in the eyes anymore.
