Switching doctors

I'm not really happy with my OBGYN. I moved an hour and a half away from my old doctor and when we got pregnant I had to quickly find a new doctor. He was close and convenient. All of our appointments have been rushed and he isn't really a chatty guy. He has highly recommended expensive genetic blood tests that our insurance doesn't cover and if I tell him I don't want to do them he makes me feel bad about it.... Now a friend of mine who is also pregnant said that she knows of him and he rarely ever makes it to the hospital for the birth and he tries peoples arms down if a C section is necessary! I didn't even know that was a thing!!! I'm just nervous about switching doctors at this point. I'm 19 weeks. Any advice?
