Real contractions???

I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby. All night I couldn’t sleep. I have horrible lower back pain. And pressure down there and in my lower abdomen. I keep getting the feeling of having to poop. But can’t. Are these contractions? I’m worried.

I was always told to try drinking 2-4 bottles of water, and a shower to see if the pains stop. if not then call and go be seen.

Go in and get checked out any sort of cramping with lower back pain as well as not being able to sleep sounds like contractions to me. That’s how I would describe mine.

Might be a UTI or Kidney Infection or Kidney Stones. I had that pain this past Sunday and turned out I wasn’t having contractions, I had kidney infection. But definitely call your doctor and let them know what going on so they can send you to labor and delivery
