no sex for a long time

its just hit me I'm not going to have set for a longgg time. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and not in touch with babies dad so I'm pregnant for 9 months then obviously not going to be going out for a long time. getting to grips with being a mum of 3. its going to be years haha, it's rather daunting; I love sex but I have 0 confidence takes me a long time to get to know someone. anyone else been in a similar position
