Is it safe?
Around this time last year, I bought some valerian root tablets because I was having sleeping issues.
I’m having similar issues now and went to pull the tablets out, but the expiry date has rubbed off!
Does anyone know if it’s still safe to use or should I get some more? The brand is Nature’s Own
