First real period after the pill

So I stopped taking the pill last month. Got my withdrawal bleed and Been TTC since then. If my body continues to follow the 28 day cycle I would be expecting AF tomorrow. I had some bleeding on 8 dpo ( I don’t know for sure but according to the app) The last two days I’ve been feeling exhausted, nauseous, and crampy. Did anyone else have a really bad first real period after stopping BC. I feel like that’s what I’m gearing up for.
