exactly a year ago, I’m sure i suffered with yeast infection. i used to itch like hell all throughout, having huge, white chunky discharge. of course at that time i did not know i had YI. i started to truly take notice late december and tried monistat. the itching stoped by then but at times i do get yellow/white discharges like this

how do i get rid of it without taking antibiotics from the doctors? i’m thinking about investing in supplements for candida
