I know if your water breaks or if you’re leaking fluid that’s a definite to go in.

I honestly feel like I’m not going to know when to go in! I’m 36 weeks today so I wanted to ask now so I know what to look for. My counselor at the doctor said if contractions get within 5 minutes of each other for an hour and they’re painful to go in.

Is there anything else to look for? I’ve had some friends say that if you have a lot of bowel movements in one day, that could be a sign.

I just want to make sure 😩 I’m afraid I’m not gonna know unless my water breaks.
