Jean Fails

So I just took advantage of Lucky's online clearance (75% off jeans!) and got 5 pair for $110. Awesome right? Well when I finally get the jeans and try them on, they all fit me perfectly but 1. Now I totally understand that different styles will fit differently but I have one pair of boot cut jeans that are a full INCH bigger than the advertised size. I don't think that's right nor fair seeing as this one pair is the only one that I can't wear without a belt - even then I feel like a child wearing hand me downs 😥

Has this happened to you? Should I email Lucky complaining or asking for a different size? What would you do?
