HELP ladies need opinions

Hello so i made a post last week about one of my three dogs smelling my belly lol. This week all three are doing it.

Today is also supposed to be the first day of my period and i have yet to see it! Several ladies commenting having similar stories before they found out.

Am I tripping? Too excited too early? When can I test for the best results? My husband and I have been trying for a year and right now hes out of town until the 27th so i want to try to find out something before he gets home to surprise him maybe? No syptoms besides being emotional. I dont usually get emotional before period and i legit cried when i ordered chinese food and there was a cute minion sticker on the bag lol

plz ladies be honest am i tripping what do yall think? Also i have been gaining alot more weight and idk theres something about it thats not like bloat
