Do you think this is appropriate?
So yesterday was my oldest son's heart surgery. He was gone from my sight for six hours. I was stressed. I was crying. It was a really bad day. A few minutes after I enter the room, my phone rings. I check it to see if it's a family member. It's the hospital surgery number. I ignore it since I'm sobbing, I feel dizzy, it was overwhelming to see him as I did. You'd understand the feeling if you've had a family member have heart surgery, especially a baby. So I check my phone a little while and they've texted me and emailed me, requesting a survey. I'm thinking to myself how inappropriate it is to have texts and calls going out requesting surgery in such a stressful event. So is it appropriate for a hospital to request surveys the same day as a stressful event such as an open heart surgery?
