Watery Period with Clots!!?

Hey, so my period was 45 days late, which is super not normal for me. It came with vengeance yesterday out of not where with extreme cramping, nausea , and dizziness. Plus it is super bright red and extremely watery. Like, normally I can wear a menstrual cup for 12 hours on my heaviest and it won’t be full. But yesterday and today I had to change it twice! Today in particular when I was changing it for the 2nd time two very large clots came with it! I’m pretty worried since this isn’t my normal, plus I’m TTC so I’m even more alarmed that their is something wrong with my body. Has any one else experienced this?
