vitamin D supplements and gassy baby

Anyone else notice the enfamil vit D supplements make baby gassy? It was recommended by my ped for my now 6w old to take these bc he is breastfed. That was at his very first apt. We had gas issues all the time in the beginning but he has since outgrown them during her day. However, I give his vit D before bed and notice that starting in early morning he's gassy - grunting, crying, straining to poop. I thought he just had to outgrow that too but have recently noticed if he goes to bed sooner the grunting starts earlier in the morning and also I had a few nights I didnt give him the vit D bc we were camping and I forgot them, and looking back he did much better those nights. Anyone else experience this?
