I have lost 55lbs since Feb. I cut out pop and make better food choices to fuel my body along with exercise. I have hit a bit of a plateau recently as my schedule has limited my of time. Just wanted to share for anyone who needs a bit of encouragement, it’s one pound at a time, one day at a time! 💪🏼💪🏼
