Help! Pregnancy scare!

Me and my boyfriend had sex twice one week. The first was a day after my period was And the next was two days later. Both times no protection was used but he didn't cum inside me. Now I'm feeling sick to my stomach and cramps. I'm about to start ovulation in the next couple of days and I'm freaking out about pregnancy because I'm only 16. someone please help/give advice (I've also been horribly sick the past few days as well)
