Ummm....is it too early for crusty nipples?

I’m 11 weeks exactly, on progesterone, and noticed that I have dried yellowish discharge coming out of my nipples. 
I don’t know if the progesterone is causing me to produce colostrum this early or what!
My mom is a nurse and she told me to go in the shower and put a warm wash cloth over them and see if I have any leakage but I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this?

I keep finding my nipples are a bit crusty (yummy!) in the mornings. It comes and goes. I sat in a warm bath and did the flannel thing but no leakage. I’m sure I’ve read about colostrum leakage this early but I’ve never had it this early before. I wouldn’t worry about it. Perfectly normal I believe!

Peogesterone caused me to get clogged ducts at 8 weeks so I'd say it's likely. (I haven't nursed in 4 years)

Yep I have it in my current pregnancy and had it when I was pregnant with my first. Nipples fluctuations during the pregnancy include the presence of discharge in which the pores and skin can react to irritation, itching, crusts. It’s just your body preparing for the production of milk.

Ummm....is it too early for crusty nipples?
